Ayyan App
Forest Department under the leadership of Periyar Tiger Reserve West Division developed a mobile app named ‘Ayyan App’ to serve and gthe pilgrims during the Mandalakala-Makaravilakku Season. Services available on Pampa, Sannidhanam, Swami Ayyappan Road, Pampa-Neelimala-Sannidhanam, Erumeli-Azhutakadav-Pampa, Satram-Upuppara-Sannidhanam routes are available through this app.
The app includes information on toilets, distance from each base to Sannidhanam, traditional forest Routes, Medical Emergency Unit, Accommodation, Elephant Squad Team, , police aid post, eco shop, free drinking water distribution points and distance from one place to the next.
The app can also be downloaded by scanning the QR code at the gates of Kanana Path.
The ‘Ayaan’ app, which can be installed from the Google Play Store, is available in five languages – Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu and Hindi and app wll work both online and offline.
2023-24 വര്‍ഷത്തെ മണ്ഡലം- മകരവിളക്ക് ഉത്സവത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ശബരിമല തീര്‍ഥാടകര്‍ക്ക് സഹായകരമാകുന്ന തരത്തില്‍ ‘അയ്യന്‍’ മൊബൈല്‍ ആപ്പുമായി വനം വകുപ്പ്. പെരിയാര്‍ ടൈഗര്‍ റിസര്‍വ്വ് വെസ്റ്റ് ഡിവിഷന്റെ നേതൃത്വത്തിലാണ് ആപ്പ് നിര്‍മിച്ചത്. പമ്പ, സന്നിധാനം, സ്വാമി അയ്യപ്പന്‍ റോഡ്, പമ്പ-നീലിമല-സന്നിധാനം, എരുമേലി-അഴുതക്കടവ്-പമ്പ, സത്രം-ഉപ്പുപാറ-സന്നിധാനം എന്നീ പാതകളില്‍ ലഭിക്കുന്ന സേവനങ്ങള്‍ ഈ ആപ്പിലൂടെ ലഭ്യമാണ്.പരമ്പരാഗത കാനന പാതകളിലെ സേവന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങള്‍, മെഡിക്കല്‍ എമര്‍ജന്‍സി യൂണിറ്റ്, താമസസൗകര്യം, എലിഫന്റ് സ്‌ക്വാഡ് ടീം, പൊതു ശൗചാലയങ്ങള്‍, ഓരോ താവളത്തില്‍ നിന്നും സന്നിധാനത്തേയ്ക്കുള്ള ദൂരം, ഫയര്‍ഫോഴ്‌സ്, പോലീസ് എയ്ഡ് പോസ്റ്റ്, ഇക്കോ ഷോപ്പ്, സൗജന്യ കുടിവെള്ള വിതരണ കേന്ദ്രങ്ങള്‍, ഒരു സ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നും അടുത്ത കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളിലേക്കുള്ള ദൂരം എന്നിവ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങള്‍ ആപ്പില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഗൂഗിള്‍ പ്ലേ സ്റ്റോറില്‍ നിന്നു ഇന്‍സ്റ്റാള്‍ ചെയ്യാവുന്ന ‘അയ്യന്‍’ ആപ്പ് മലയാളം, തമിഴ്, കന്നഡ, തെലുഗ്, ഹിന്ദി എന്നീ അഞ്ചു ഭാഷകളില്‍ ലഭ്യമാണ്. കാനന പാതയുടെ കവാടങ്ങളില്‍ ഉള്ള ക്യൂ ആര്‍ കോഡ് സ്‌കാന്‍ ചെയ്തും ആപ്പ് ഡൗണ്‍ലോഡ് ചെയ്യാം. അയ്യപ്പന്മാര്‍ പാലിക്കേണ്ട പൊതുനിര്‍ദേശങ്ങളും പെരിയാര്‍ വന്യജീവി സങ്കേതത്തിന്റെ സമ്പന്നതയെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങളും ശബരിമല ക്ഷേത്രത്തേക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിവരങ്ങളും ആപ്പില്‍ ലഭ്യമാണ്. അത്യാവശ്യഘട്ടങ്ങളില്‍ ബന്ധപ്പെടാനുള്ള അടിയന്തര സഹായ നമ്പറുകളും ലഭ്യമാണ്. ഓണ്‍ലൈനിലും ഓഫ് ലൈനനിലും ആപ്പ് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കും. തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്ന റൂട്ടുകളിലെ വിവിധ മുന്നറിയിപ്പുകള്‍ ആപ്പിലൂടെ ലഭിക്കും.
